"Street Smarts"(What Would You Do If?) is for current qualified collectors and/or breath alcohol technicians.
Many collections and breath alcohol tests are NOT routine and situations exist which require collectors and BATs to to make quick, informed decisions on how to proceed.
This course gives collectors and BATs the tools needed and answers questions on how to deal with unusual situations.
After registering, you will download the Street Smarts course material in a PDF format. Save the file and study at your convenience.
When you are ready to take the assessment tool (exam) simply log in using the username and password you assigned at time of registration.
The exam consists of 34 multiple choice questions. Only one question comes up at a time. DO NOT HIT YOUR BACK BUTTON ON YOUR BROWSER.
You cannot go back and change an answer.
